GPS Coordinates

A number of years ago I started adding GPS coordinates to all of my paintings.I had been collecting these as a record of my journeys and the places I have painted at. In 2003 Hurricane Juan dramatically changed the landscape of Nova Scotia. My paintings with these coordinates of the locations depicted prior to this hurricane, enable the the viewer to revisit particular spots and bear witness to natures drastic changes. I like to think of these coordinates as Earth Marks and will eventually form an artistic map of my life.
